Where does Epic Pets ship?

Epic Pets ships products to all of Mexico. Shipping is free for orders over 990 MXN in the national territory. If you require international shipping, send an email to hello@epicpets.mx . International shipments do not qualify for free shipping and taxes and duties are charged.


What is the delivery price?

We offer free standard shipping for all national orders over 990 Mexican pesos. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is 105 MXN per order, which will arrive in 10 business days . Do you need to receive your set? For 160 MXN, you will receive your order in 3 business days.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Regardless of the shipping option chosen, we need time to engrave your personalized plate and package your products.

Collection: 2 to 7 days - free

With standard shipping: 10 to 15 days - 105 MXN

With express shipping: from 3 to 7 days - 160 MXN

For international shipments, the time depends on the destination and customs.


I live in CDMX. Can I go get my products?

Clear! Once you receive the email to notify you that your order is ready, write to us at hello@epicpets.mx or call 5532006511 to arrange delivery of your order to our workshop in Rome.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes, we can cancel or modify an order if you notify us promptly. Send us an email to hello@epicpets.mx .


How can I track the status of my order?

Impatient to receive your pet's new set? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to follow its journey. If you have a question, write to us at hello@epicpets.mx .
